Domestic Shipping

 

MRW Priority Mail is used for all Standard Shipping deliveries, which will arrive within approximately 4-8 business days. Expedited Shipping is also available, and your preferred expedited method can be selected at checkout. Your tracking number will be sent automatically via email. Please allow up to 24 hours after the completion of your purchase for order confirmation to generate. Also, please be aware DMND’s shipping facility is closed on weekends.

 

International Shipping 

 

For international orders you can select either of the following options:

 

1.) DHL Express (Recommended) which will arrive in 2-5 business days (Tracking and insurance provided)

 

2.) USPS International Priority (6-18 days Tracking provided until package leaves U.S. only and Insurance must be purchased separately). USPS shipments come with the package's customs number indicating when the package leaves the United States. *USPS orders may be subject to a customs tax upon entering international countries, so please understand your country's import laws before using USPS*

 

Is the Jewelry Made With Real Gold/Silver/Rhodium?

 

Yes, we only use 14-18k yellow gold, real .925 sterling silver, and genuine white/black rhodium. All of our products are thoroughly tested for quality and durability before, during and after production. We meet all regulations set by AECOSAN

Returns

How to Return/ Exchanges   

 

DMND accepts returns/exchanges within 14 days of the date your item was delivered. If you would like to return/exchange any item(s), an authorization form is required. To obtain an Authorization Form, please contact customer support via telephone at 666-666-666, email thedmndshop@gmail.com, or via our customer support chat line. 

 

I am an International customer; will I have to pay Import Tax on your website?

 

No. There will be no payment of import tax on the GLD Shop website; however, you-as the customer-are the importer of record, and you MUST comply with all rules and regulations of your destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import tax, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country.
